Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by COREasons ("we", "us", "our"). It covers both free, ad-supported versions and paid or premium versions of our applications (each, an "App") in a single policy. By installing or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Content you create in an App (documents, entries, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device unless the App explicitly offers — and you enable — a backup or sync feature through your own account (e.g. your Google account).
• Data you enter into an App (figures, computations, and other inputs) is processed entirely on your device, is never transmitted to us or any server, and is not stored unless you save it within the App.
• Free (ad-supported) versions: our advertising partners may automatically collect device information used to serve ads, such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device model, operating system version, coarse location (derived from IP), and ad interaction data.
• Paid / premium versions and in-app purchases: payments are processed entirely by the app store (e.g. Google Play or Apple App Store). We receive only an anonymous purchase confirmation and never see your payment details.
• Permissions: where an App requests device permissions (e.g. camera, storage, notifications), they are used solely to provide the feature that needs them. Data accessed through permissions is processed on your device and is not transmitted to us.
• Support inquiries: if you contact us for support, you voluntarily provide your email address and message content. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and do not add it to any marketing list.
• Crash and diagnostics data may be collected in aggregate by the app store platform to help us identify and fix technical problems.

2. Advertising (Free Versions Only)

Free versions of our Apps display advertising provided by third-party networks such as Google AdMob. These networks may use the device information described above to show personalized or non-personalized ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we request your consent via Google's consent management platform before personalized ads are shown; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are served.

Paid/premium versions of our Apps contain no advertising and no advertising SDKs. Purchasing the premium version (or an in-app "remove ads" upgrade) permanently disables advertising and its associated data collection.

3. In-App Purchases

Some Apps offer optional purchases (such as unlocking premium features or removing ads). All payment processing is handled by the app store under its own terms and privacy policy. Entitlements are remembered on your device and/or restored through your app store account.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide the App's features and store your content and settings on your device;
• To display advertising in free versions and measure its performance;
• To process and restore purchases;
• To respond to support inquiries you send us;
• To diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for purposes unrelated to operating our Apps.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may rely on the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase (for paid content)

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where applicable, advertising shown to children is non-personalized in accordance with children's privacy rules, including COPPA. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our Apps, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Content and settings stored locally are deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data. Data collected by advertising partners is retained under their policies; you can reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings. For any optional account-based backup feature, data can be deleted through the same feature or by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR in the European Economic Area or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to or opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising. Use the device-level controls described above, or contact us and we will assist you.

9. Security

We rely on your device's security and the app store platform's protections. Because our Apps do not require accounts and keep data on-device by default, your exposure is minimal.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
